Wood Works Press

All offerings are printed from hand-set metal types on archival quality papers, with original woodcuts from cherry and maple blocks, in numbered, limited editions run through muscle-powered equipment, including a 1920's Victor 6 x 9 press, a 1904 Chandler & Price 8 x 12 press, and an 1894 Chandler & Price 10 x 15 press. All broadsides are uniformly 8 1/2" x 11".

Paul Hunter is the owner and operator of Wood Works Press, which was fFounded in 1994. Wood Works aims to encourage and present the best of contemporary and world literature, in a durable, compact, handmade format.
